Hypnotic Visualization is a great relaxing method to reach deeper states of consciousness. A Reiki or Massage session can be complemented with a guided visualization, that way, the patient keeps his attention fucused on what he/she is listening, and slowly is entering in more receptive states of mind to the thepapy.
